Terms of Use.

1. What this site is

models.au is a modelling portfolio and scouting site, and also a live demonstration of the models.au domain. Using the site or submitting a form means accepting these terms.

2. Applying is free, and not a guarantee

Submitting an application is free and creates no obligation on either side. A submission is not an offer of representation, work or payment, and review does not guarantee selection, a casting or a contract. We never charge to apply, to be reviewed, or to join, and we make no promises of fame or income.

3. Representation is separate

If we offer representation, it is governed by a separate written agreement setting out commission, term and responsibilities. Nothing on this website forms that agreement or any part of it. Read any agreement carefully and seek your own advice before signing.

4. The board profiles

The model profiles shown on this site are illustrative placeholders for demonstration purposes and do not depict real signed talent, real individuals or real availability. Names, stats and imagery on the board are fictional examples.

5. Your submissions

You confirm that information you submit is accurate, that any images are yours to share, and — if the applicant is under 18 — that you are a parent or guardian providing consent. Don't submit other people's images or details without their consent.

6. The domain

"models.au may be available for purchase" means the owner will consider genuine enquiries; it is not a fixed offer and the owner is under no obligation to sell. Domain enquiries are handled separately from model applications, and any sale would proceed under its own written agreement.

7. Acceptable use

Don't submit fraudulent, abusive or automated content, scrape the site at abusive rates, or misrepresent the placeholder board as real talent. We may decline or remove submissions and restrict access at our discretion.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees are not excluded), the site is provided "as is" and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on its content, the illustrative board, or third-party conduct. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to re-supplying the relevant service.

We may update these terms; the current version lives at this address with its date above.
